More Skill. More Confidence. More Roadcraft.
You already know how to ride. But with every time a car pulls out in front of you, every near-miss at an intersection, and every corner that felt just a bit too tight – you’re reminded that riding isn’t just about throttle control and balance. It’s about staying alive in a world that doesn’t operate with motorcyclists in mind.
Most crashes aren’t the result of reckless riding – they’re caused by common, preventable mistakes.
💥 Misjudging corner speed
💥 Getting caught in blind spots
💥 Braking too late or in the wrong way
💥 Target fixation
💥 And yes – the infamous “Sorry mate, I didn’t see you”.
“I didn’t see you” isn’t just a lame excuse. It’s science. And we’ll teach you why.
Moments like these don’t wait for perfect conditions. They demand instant reactions, being calm under pressure, and instinctive control — all this is built on real-world practice.
This is where roadcraft becomes instinct.
ABOUT THE COURSE
The Advanced Roadcraft 2 course steps everything up a gear!
It’s a perfect next step if you’ve:
- completed one of our other courses, or
- have many years of riding and want to lift your riding skills.
Sometimes we just need that validation that we’re doing things right too!
We’ll revise some of the content from the Roadcraft 1 course but dig deeper into the strategies that help you identify risks (like other road users) before they become your problem.
You’ll refine your emergency braking and obstacle avoidance skills, improve your cornering confidence even more and develop more control of your ride.
The course runs from 9:00am to approximately 4:00pm and consists of three (3) modules – a seminar, practical slow skills workshop and an on-road session.
Here’s just some of the skills you’ll master:
✅ Better braking – stop faster, straighter, and with more control
✅ Cornering confidence – read the road, pick your line, and flow through every turn
✅ Obstacle avoidance – react instinctively and stay upright when the unexpected happens
✅ Slow speed precision – nail U-turns, slow and technical manoeuvres smoothly and confidently
✅ Riding with a pillion – if you ride with a pillion we’ll coach you on how to handle the extra weight and shifting balance with ease
You’ll finish the day not just a better rider, but a SMARTer one.
We just want to let you know…
This course is the second part of a two-day comprehensive Roadcraft program. We can only offer this program in Jimboomba and some selected regional centres, but nowhere else in the Brisbane area.
Each day is designed to stand alone, so you’ll gain real value from attending either day with no requirement to commit to both. Riders who complete both days receive the most comprehensive learning experience.
More information about the first part of the program is here.

Cornering Confidence – Ride Mt Tamborine
