• Wanting more overall CONFIDENCE in your riding?
• Like to know the SECRET to stringing a series of corners together perfectly?
• Want someone to explain how to MAINTAIN your bike better – in SIMPLE terms?
• Would like to feel COMFORTABLE in slow speed turns?
We hear you!
But let’s do this together. As a group of lady riders. It’s LADIES DAY!
We’ve taken our “How to keep it UP-RIGHT” Level 1 course and massaged it to expand on the areas our female riders have been asking for. So as well as our normal Level 1 content you’ll get:

- A detailed explanation of the critical things to check on the bike – we’ll even give you a checklist to take away!
- A great ride over Mt Tamborine to work on cornering
- AND a great social day.

“How to keep it UP-RIGHT” is subsidised by the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads Motorcycle Ride to Zero Grants and run with the support of Queensland Police Service, which means the course fees are just $50! Riders must hold a current open, provisional or probationary RE or R licence to be eligible for the course.
Over 1,400 people have now participated in this course and many have told us they now feel more skilled, more relaxed on the bike and ride with greater awareness and confidence.
And the the course has been revised to include sessions on maintenance, group riding and riding with a pillion. So if you’re one of our 1,400 previous riders there’s still something new for you in this course, and we’d love to see to again – and why not bring a friend! 😃
Here’s what some of our previous participants told us:
“Motorcycle riding is my happy place. Thanks to SMART Rider Academy I’m now even happier as well and more comfortable and confident.” Michelle
“I have been riding for over 40yrs on all sorts of bikes from sports bikes to touring motorcycles. I’ve experienced all types of conditions/situations throughout Europe and Australia. I did ask myself what more could I possibly learn. Well, let me tell you….I learnt heaps and came away reflecting on the day’s proceedings as a very positive experience.” Dave
